HIPPA
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) is a federal law that requires practitioners to protect their clients’/ patients’ personal health information confidential.
There are two exceptions to confidentiality: if Mollie believes you are an imminent danger to yourself or another identified person or group. Your information will remain confidential in accordance with HIPPA’s requirements.
BOUNDARIES
The gorge is a small community. If Mollie sees you publicly, you will be treated as any other person that she is not closely associated with. This is to ensure your privacy, given that Mollie’s profession may be known to people within the community.
No Show Policy
No shows will be charged the out-of-pocket rate of 60 minutes. You may be billed a fee for any missed appointments that occur without 24 hours notice.
