Care Coordination

Given Mollie's extensive experience in case coordination in various medical settings, she has decided to begin offering a unique service in the gorge. Helping clients and their families connect to services that align with how they would like to live out their golden years.

Doctors do not always have the ability or time to figure out what you or your loved ones need to live a meaningful life. Mollie will assist you in navigating complex systems to define your goals, your wishes for interventions, and how to decide who will be in positions to make decisions for you should you need them.
